Order Issues
Check your Orders page for the current status of your order before contacting support.
Always include your Order ID when contacting support@zentachain.io. This helps us locate your order quickly.
For returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You have a legal right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under EU consumer law.
Received damaged goods? Contact support@zentachain.io with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Account Security
Account compromised? Contact security@zentachain.io immediately. We will freeze your account to prevent unauthorised activity.
Your reward wallet is locked after the first save and cannot be changed. This is a security measure to protect your earnings.
Use a strong password with at least 8 characters. Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
We will never ask for your password via email. If you receive such a request, report it to security@zentachain.io.
GDPR / Data Requests
Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — Request a full copy of all personal data we hold about you. Send your request to legal@zentachain.io.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — Request deletion of all your personal data. You can also use the Delete Account option in your profile settings.
All data-related requests should be sent to legal@zentachain.io. Please include your account email address for identification.
We respond to all GDPR requests within 30 days as required by law. Complex requests may be extended by an additional 60 days with prior notice.
