What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We offer shipping at the following rates:
3 kg 50 euro - 3 workdays
6 kg 100 euro - 3 workdays
30 kg 300 euro - 3 workdays
3 kg 0 euro - 10 workdays
6 kg 0 euro - 10 workdays
30 kg 0 euro - 10 workdays
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. For eu and uk consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our terms. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the order number where you can track your package.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international order except Zentanode.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
Afghanistan, botswana, cameroon, congo, georgia, ghana, haiti, iraq, ivory, coast, kenya, Republic, maroko, maldives, macao, libya, mongolia, senegal, sudan, trinidad & tobago, turkmenistan, yemen and zimbabwe.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If the shipment is delayed, Zentachain will try to re-ship the product again. If the shipment is delayed again, Zentachain will refund full amount of the money except for the shipping costs.
In a pre-order, you have the opportunity to purchase a limited edition or a new item from the collection in advance. It means the item is still in production when ordered and isn't available immediately in our warehouse. You should verify whether the product is on pre-order once you run checkout. Pre-order deliveries may take longer. You should also check on the Product page when the shipping date is.
The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even on pre-sale they are physically available in stock.
Delivery times vary depending on the product. There is generally a six to twelve month waiting period after the purchase date of the item. Whenever the item comes into our warehouse, we will process and dispatch the order within two days. If you place an order containing a preorder item, the entire order will be held and dispatched at once.
Some of the items in our collection are exclusive. As a result, several steps are necessary to complete the manufacturing process. Although mistakes may occur, the production process is linear. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you may do so within two hours of purchase. You will no longer be able to do so after that time. During the next 2 hours, you can cancel your order if you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order. Just contact our customer care team. Additionally, if the twelve to two years period has passed, you can ask for the cancellation of the pre-order item.
It will be possible to change the Mhz of the items included in the order provided the Mhz is available and, of course, before receiving the confirmation email. Modifications after receiving the confirmation email will not be possible. Modifications are not guaranteed and it will not be possible to change the items included in the order.

This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from the company Zentachain.
If you are already a Zentanode operator and have received the reward, the guarantee will expire at this statte, but your rewards will contiues.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Zentachain will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Zentachain will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished Replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Zentachain is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
only the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from Zentanode is covered by the warranty. Warranty coverage becomes not the responsibility of the reseller after the miner is resold.
in the event that a user fails to follow the instructions, specifications, and conditions provided by Zentachain, or changes the function settings of the unit without prior approval, Zentachain will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.
